"With FAFSA submissions beginning in October this year, we are encouraging students to apply to EIU as early as possible! In fact, if students apply this week we will waive their application fee; simply instruct them to choose the pay later option at the end of the application process.

At EIU, we have allocated more money than ever to financial aid for new students! The earlier students complete their application and submit a FAFSA, the better their chances of maximizing the financial aid and scholarship possibilities available to them at Eastern!"
