Transcript Request Information For Current Students

 

Starting in the fall of 2015, we began using Parchment, an electronic service for requesting and sending high school transcripts. Parchment allows students t0 request and send electronic transcripts to many colleges and universities for free. Through the College Illinois Transcript Exchange, there will be no charge to send electronic transcripts to participating schools. Participating schools can be found using the following link:

If you are applying to a school not supported through Parchment, there is a fee to request a transcript using this service. In this case, students may stop in the counseling office to request a transcript at no cost. 

We believe that Parchment will be an efficient service for students and our department, while also giving students more options. 

 

Benefits of Parchment:

• Students can request transcripts 24/7.

• The service will be free for most students.

• Multiple delivery options(for a fee), such as overnight delivery!

• Students can monitor delivery status of the transcript.

OHS Graduates:  Transcripts can be ordered via Parchment or by mailing in the transcript request form below. There will be a $3 surcharge for transcript requests for graduates using Parchment.
