The records release form is for anyone who is not currently enrolled at Olympia. For currently enrolled students, click on the transcript request button on the home page.
The college visit form must be signed by all teachers and your counselor two days prior to the college visit. Then return the form with the college representatives signature the next school day following the visit
The senior brag sheet is an easy way to organize activities and accomplishments for college applications or letters of recommendation. We encourage all seniors to fill this out and make copies to give to anyone you ask to write you a letter of recommendation.
