DeWitt County Township Scholarship

DeWitt County Township Officials is offering a $500 scholarship to a high school senior and current resident of DeWitt County.

Deadline: April 15, 2016

Eligibility:

Graduating senior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Must be a U.S. citizen and resident of DeWitt county,

Must have a hisoty of extracurricular activities that demonstrates a willingness to accept leadership responsibilities or committment to civic responsibility.

Must submit a 300 word essay on the role and value of township government (strongly encouraged to include an interview with a DeWitt County Township official).

Must submit two letters of recommendations.

Must submit original application form and essay.

Must plan to enroll in an Illinois college or trade school.

Must submit a copy of high school transcript.
