Dr. Loren Boon M.D. Memorial Scholarship

$500 Annually

Criteria:

• Must major in the field or educational field with emphasis on work with visually or hearing impaired

• Must carry at least twelve hours and have passing grades in all classes.

• Scholarship will be awarded for study at an accredited public or private college or university in the state of Illinois. The student must show notification of admission as a full time student.

All applications must be returned to: Sondra Hayes, 101 W. Winslow Avenue, Danvers, IL 61732 The scholarship will be given each year for 4 years maximum provided the winner remains in course of study.
