Innovative 100 $500 Scholarship

Application for this award is open to all 9th-12th grade students, including homeschool students, who have taken great ideas and made them a reality, by doing something innovative and creative.
Applicants may apply under one of the following categories:
Arts, Media, & Literature
Business Entrepreneurship
Health & Nutrition
Social Entrepreneurship
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Interested students are required to complete the online application form and write a 500-1000 word personal statement describing who they are, what they have done, and why it matters.
Instructions for team entries: Choose a "Team Captain" that will fill out the form with his/her application information and tell about the team's accomplishments. Also, decide as a team what to call your team, and fill out that information in the "Team Entries" section of the application. However, EACH STUDENT that is part of a team MUST INDEPENDENTLY submit an application by filling out all required fields (denoted with a *, and text in red), PLUS the Team Entries fields. Select the Continue button to move forward through each page of the application, then submit at the end. Only Team Captains are required to fill out the application in its entirety.
